Valais Raclette AOP – La Peule. An exceptional artisanal Swiss cheese crafted in the heart of Val Ferret, in a pristine alpine environment. Produced on alpine pastures from raw milk, this AOP raclette reflects the full richness of mountain grazing and traditional Valais expertise.

It is made by Nicolas Coppey, a master cheesemaker renowned for his high standards and command of alpine production, creating cheeses of remarkable quality.

Carefully matured, it develops an exceptional melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich aromas, slightly fruity and delicately buttery. Its unique character and depth on the palate make it a true Swiss terroir gem, sought after by lovers of authentic raclette.
