These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded between:

VAST Horizon Sàrl, whose registered office is located in Geneva (Switzerland), registered under number CHE-387.796.437, and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.inalpe.ch, or directly from the company, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website www.inalpe.ch, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics.

2. Ordering

Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The process includes several validation steps: basket, identification, choice of payment method, and confirmation.

In accordance with Swiss legislation, the sale of wine and beer is restricted to persons aged 16 or over; the sale of spirits and strong alcohol is restricted to persons over 18. By ordering on our site, you certify that you have reached the required legal age.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). VAST Horizon Sàrl is not subject to VAT. Delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, TWINT, and Apple Pay.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, for delivery normally on the following day.

To guarantee the freshness of the products, certain shipments (notably perishable goods) will not be dispatched on Fridays, Saturdays, or the eve of public holidays.

In the event of a delay, the Client will be informed by email. The seller’s liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure.

Costs are calculated automatically according to the weight and nature of the package. Here is an indicative scale:

A surcharge of 3.– to 5.– may be applied for packages requiring temperature-controlled shipping. Any order placed before 6:00 PM is shipped the following morning (except Friday, Saturday, and the eve of public holidays, which are shipped the following Monday).

Free delivery is offered for purchases over 200 CHF.

6. Warranty and Liability

VAST Horizon Sàrl makes it a point of honor to offer high-quality products from the Swiss terroir. All products comply with current legislation.

The seller’s liability shall not be engaged for indirect damages related to the use or consumption of the product.

7. Disputes

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts are those of Geneva.
