Swiss alpine cheese made over a wood fire in the Vaud Alps, following a unique traditional craft. Aged for over 4.5 months, this Étivaz AOP develops a supple and melting texture along with delicate aromas, slightly fruity and subtly buttery.
Younger and more accessible than the more aged versions, it appeals with its mildness and balance, while retaining the aromatic richness typical of alpine cheeses. An excellent introduction to discover L’Étivaz AOP in all its finesse.
