Description
In this raclette selection for eight people, you choose:
-A half wheel from Valais: Alpage de la Peule, Orsières AOP or Barry with herbs
-Some white wine
-Some red wine
–Cured meats in ~300 g portions
–A schnaps
The Raclette Selection is suitable for the raclette machine for half wheels.
You can also slice the cheese thinly to adapt it to a raclonette machine.
It is also recommended to order a liqueur (pear or apricot) to make half-and-half.
