La Guérisseuse – Absinthe Benoit – Artisanal Swiss absinthe crafted in the heart of the historical birthplace of the green fairy. Inspired by the first medicinal recipes of Val-de-Travers, it pays tribute to the very origin of absinthe, once used as an elixir with… almost magical virtues.
This cuvée is distinguished by a rare characteristic: it boasts one of the highest thujone levels permitted by law, offering an intense aromatic expression faithful to the great absinthe tradition.
Composed of several aromatic plants, including a high proportion of local grande absinthe, it reveals a powerful floral bouquet, supported by deep vegetal notes and a beautiful complexity on the palate. Despite its intensity, it maintains a remarkable balance and a certain sweetness.
