Handcrafted by Adrien Chaignat at Ferme de Fontaine, this brandy holds the Protected Designation of Origin (AOP), guaranteeing its authenticity and deep roots in the Jura terroir.
Carefully distilled from selected ripe fruit, it reveals a fine and elegant aromatic profile, marked by intense fruity notes, hints of almond, and a beautiful roundness on the palate. Its purity and balance make it a refined eau-de-vie, faithful to Swiss tradition.
