Barry Herb Raclette – Orsières Dairy – An artisanal Swiss raw milk cheese crafted in the canton of Valais, this exceptional raclette is enriched with a blend of aromatic herbs from Grand-St-Bernard, offering freshness, complexity, and a unique flavor profile.
It develops a supple, melting texture, ideal for perfect melting, with rich and creamy aromas enhanced by vegetal and subtly fruity notes. Resulting from a collaboration between regional producers and alpine herb specialists, this cheese embodies the full richness of the Valais terroir.
A committed product, this raclette also supports a local cause: CHF 0.50 per kilo sold is donated to the Barry Foundation, dedicated to preserving the famous Grand-Saint-Bernard dogs and their cultural heritage in Switzerland.
