Amprô – Domaine des Trois Étoiles (Geneva AOC) – A distinctive Swiss red wine, crafted from a blend of 70% Gamaret and 30% Garanoir, cultivated on the slopes of Mandement, a renowned terroir overlooking Geneva.
Elaborated with great precision (manual harvesting, cold maceration, slow fermentation), then aged 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, this wine reveals the full richness and complexity of the Geneva vineyard.
On the nose, it unveils deep aromas of spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. On the palate, it seduces with its supple, smooth, and dense texture, supported by fine, silky tannins and a beautiful aromatic persistence.
