In this raclette selection for six people, you choose:

-Raclette from the Vuadens cheese dairy with several flavours to choose from: Plain, Herbs or Grilled Onions

-Some white wine

-Some red wine

-The Anniviard platter, dried meat or sliced cured ham in a tray, Salaisons d’Anniviers

The Raclette Selection is suitable for the raclette machine.

Allow 300 g of cheese per person for hearty appetites.

Any extra is ideal for grating over bolognese pasta or gratins, for example.
