Born in the heart of Val d’Entremont, in Vollèges, Valais, this mountain honey is the fruit of the passionate work of the ApiAlpes Foundation — a Centre of Expertise in Beekeeping entirely dedicated to the preservation of bees and the promotion of hive products.
Harvested according to alpine blooms and the whims of the mountains, this honey is available in limited quantity, depending on the harvest. Each jar is a unique edition: when the harvest is sold out, it is gone for good until the following season.
Its aromatic profile reflects the floral richness of the Valais alpine pastures — a complexity both gentle and wild, that only high-altitude bees can produce.
