Description
In this aperitif selection for six people, you can choose from:
-Three different white wines: Savagnin, fruity Peissy, and Fendant.
-Three different red wines: Sangiovese, Danaïde blend, and/or Humagne Rouge
-One sausage from the Perusset butcher’s range
-Dry bacon, dried meat, and/or cured ham in trays from Salaisons d’Anniviers
–Aged cheeses from Etivaz or Fribourg
Quantities should be adjusted according to the group’s thirst and appetite!
