Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP – minimum aging (Fromagerie de Pont-la-Ville) – An artisanal Swiss cheese crafted by the Fromagerie de Pont-la-Ville, renowned for the quality of its milk and traditional know-how. Aged for the minimum period required by the AOP designation, this Vacherin has a supple, melting paste with mild, milky, and slightly buttery aromas.
Younger and more delicate than the long-aged versions, it offers a very creamy texture and great finesse on the palate. It is an excellent alternative to extra-aged Vacherin, with a more accessible and indulgent profile.
