Valais quinces benefit from generous sunshine and cool nights that concentrate their unique floral and fruity aromas. Harvested at perfect ripeness and cold-pressed, they are then artisanally distilled according to the 100% natural process that is the house’s signature — without artificial flavors, without additives, with the sole concern for authenticity.
The result is a distillate of rare complexity: a clear and crystalline appearance, an enchanting nose of ripe quince, white flowers, rose, and slightly spicy notes.
