Sauce 27 is an artisan creation born in Geneva, crafted by L’Épicurisme from 27 carefully selected ingredients. Each batch is conceived with exacting standards, cooked with patience and defined by character – a gourmet sauce already adopted by several restaurants.
Its philosophy is simple: reveal the richness of ingredients without ever overpowering them. It accompanies meats, poultry, vegetables, starches and fish with precision, bringing depth, balance and a remarkable length on the palate.
One jar serves 4 people.
How to use: melt 20g (2 tsp) of Sauce 27 over low heat, then gradually add 40g (4 tbsp) of 25% half-cream. Whisk and allow to reduce slightly.
