Description
Exceptional cheese produced in summer in the Vaud alpine pastures, between 1000 and 2000 metres altitude, from raw milk heated over a wood fire according to ancestral expertise.
Aged 9 to 13 months, the Floral version is distinguished by an already well-developed aromatic expression whilst maintaining beautiful suppleness. It reveals a refined, elegant and delicately floral profile, directly influenced by the richness of the alpine pastures.
On the palate, its texture is supple and melting, with harmonious aromas blending floral notes, hints of hazelnut and a subtle smoky nuance imparted by the wood-fire production.
This cheese embodies all the subtlety of l’Étivaz: a perfect balance between freshness, complexity and alpine authenticity.
Ideal for a cheese board, to accompany a Swiss white wine or for a refined tasting of alpine terroir.
