These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded between:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

VAST Horizon S\u00e0rl, whose registered office is located in Geneva (Switzerland), registered under number CHE-387.796.437, and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.inalpe.ch, or directly from the company, hereinafter referred to as “the Client<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n

1. Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website www.inalpe.ch, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics. <\/p>\n\n

2. Ordering<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The process includes several validation steps: basket, identification, choice of payment method, and confirmation. <\/p>\n\n

In accordance with Swiss legislation, the sale of wine and beer is restricted to persons aged 16 or over; the sale of spirits and strong alcohol is restricted to persons over 18. By ordering on our site, you certify that you have reached the required legal age. <\/p>\n\n

3. Prices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). VAST Horizon S\u00e0rl is not subject to VAT. Delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated. <\/p>\n\n

4. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, TWINT, and Apple Pay. <\/p>\n\n

5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n

Orders placed by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, for delivery normally on the following day.<\/p>\n\n

To guarantee the freshness of the products, certain shipments (notably perishable goods) will not be dispatched on Fridays, Saturdays, or the eve of public holidays.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of a delay, the Client will be informed by email. The seller’s liability shall not be engaged in cases of force majeure. <\/p>\n\n

Costs are calculated automatically according to the weight and nature of the package. Here is an indicative scale: <\/p>\n\n

Switzerland < 10 kg 10.\u2013<\/p>\n\n

Switzerland < 30 kg 16.\u2013<\/p>\n\n

A surcharge of 3.\u2013 to 5.\u2013 may be applied for packages requiring temperature-controlled shipping. Any order placed before 6:00 PM is shipped the following morning (except Friday, Saturday, and the eve of public holidays, which are shipped the following Monday). <\/p>\n\n

Free delivery is offered for purchases over 200 CHF.<\/p>\n\n

6. Warranty and Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

VAST Horizon S\u00e0rl makes it a point of honor to offer high-quality products from the Swiss terroir. All products comply with current legislation. <\/p>\n\n

The seller’s liability shall not be engaged for indirect damages related to the use or consumption of the product.<\/p>\n\n

7. Dispute<\/strong>s<\/h2>\n\n

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts are those of Geneva. <\/p>\n\n
